Step 1 - Fill-out Admission Forms
For walk-in applicants, secure and fill-up the admission form from the Admission's Office. For online applicants, fill-out the online admission form on this link.
Step 2 - Admission Requirements Bring the admission requirements and present the application number (if applied online) to the Admission Staff of the Admissions Office.
Step 3 - Payment of Examination Fee Pay the non-refundable entrance examination fee of five hundrer pesos (Php 500.00) at the Cashier and secure the official receipt.
Step 4 - Secure Examination Permit Present the official receipt to the Admissions Staff and secure the application number (if applied walk-in) and examination permit with the entrance exam schedule.
Step 5 - Take the Exam Take the entrance exam on your scheduled date. Applicants must present the examination permit before taking the entrance exam. The application number is needed to take the computerized entrance exam.
Step 6 - Results The computerized entrance examination system will display the results right away. After taking the exam, claim the printed copy of the results at the Guidance Office.
Step 7 - Interview The applicants will be scheduled for an interview by the Guidance Office. |
