Math Wizards’ Club
This club aims to enhance the numeracy and problem –solving skills of students in solving different mathematical problems using variety of approaches; selected members of this club are sent to compete in math competitions outside the school

Young Scientists’ Club
This club aims to develop the students’ interest in the field of Science by making them engage in different laboratory and experimental activities in order to further enhance their skills in observation, data gathering and investigation.

Young Artists’ Club
This club aims to enhance the artistic talents of the students and their capacity to use their creative abilities in expressing their feelings and emotions through various media.

Pages’ Dance Club
This club aims to enhance the students’ skills in expressing their feelings and emotions through well-coordinated bodily movements and enable them to respond to music through an application of the different latest dance steps.

English Club
The club aims to develop, strengthen and reinforce in the pupils the basic skills in speaking English through stage plays, debates and other public speaking activities.

Letran Youth for Christ (LYC)
This service club, which was formerly known as the Knights of the Altar Club , aims to
enhance the spiritual formation of the students by training them to render voluntary service
in the different religious activities of the school.

Letran Page
The official school news organ of the Department, this club aims to develop the journalistic skills of students through different writing activities in English and in Filipino ranging from newswriting, feature-writing, sports writing, editorial writing, editorial cartooning and newspaper lay-outing.

This organization aims to develop brotherhood among Letranites; the members are trained to be always ready to give service to their fellowmen through indoor and outdoor activities that are also meant to develop their skills in survival

Little Thomasites Club
This is a service club that aims to develop the skills and abilities of pupils in handling and managing classes. The club members are assigned to take over classes whenever teachers are not available to teach and to monitor the conduct of pupils during recess and lunch breaks.

Los Ruisenores de Letran
This is a singing group composed of pupils from Grades Three to Six. The group performs in different school programs and sings in special Masses at the Colegio. The choir also serves as the Colegio’s ambassadors of goodwill to different groups and organizations who invite them to perform in different functions

The Pages’ Council
This is the student government of the elementary department of the Colegio; it aims to hone the leadership potentials of students by giving them opportunities to organize and implement various projects for the good of the pupils in the department
