The Graduate School of Business Administration of the Colegio de San Juan de Letran is an academic arm of the institution that develops globally competitive Christo-centric industry and national leaders and professionals.As an academic arm, the Letran Graduate School offers various graduate programs designed to equip graduate students with analytical ability to become better managers and planners in the public and private sectors.

Plans and Programs

Plans for 2008-2009

For the School Year 2008-2009, the Department aims:

  1. To participate in the establishment of a lay Dominican chapter.100%
  2. To apply for preliminary PAASCU accreditation.
  3. To explore other programs of study : Master of Public Administration and Business Management and the non-thesis track of the MBA Regular course
  4. To further enhance the research capability of faculty members and students in action researches, industry studies and policy-oriented researches.
  5. To increase enrollment by 27 students.
  6. To publish the GS research Journal twice a year
  7. To generate at least one action research
  8. To build management capability by development training of the adopted community to attain the objective of poverty alleviation.
  9. To attain a VS PMAS rating for at least 75% of employees
  10. To be a 5s department
  11. To adopt ISO standards for GS policies, systems and procedures
  12. To tap the Colegio’s graduating batches, government agencies, shipping companies and other businesses within a 5 km. radius of the Colegio as well as the alumni-owned companies to pursue graduate studies at Letran.
  13. To fully implement the referral program/bring a friend
  14. To participate in the improvement of the financial condition of the Colegio thru cost reduction efforts, waste management and conservation programs and revenue-generating activities.
