Requirements & Procedures
Elementary
For Kinder (for Boys and Girls)
  • Must be at least four (4) years old by the
    opening of the school year;
  • Should pass the personal interview
    conducted by the screening committee;
  • Must submit a photocopy of his / her Birth Certificate

For Preparatory (for Boys and Girls)

  • Must be at least five (5) years old at the opening of the school year.
  • Should pass the personal interview and written examinations conducted by the screening committee
  • Must submit a photocopy of his / her Birth Certificate

By the opening of the school year, applicants must meet the following age requirements:

Grade School Age Requirement

  • Grade I - 6 to 7 years old
  • Grade II - 7 to 8 years old 
  • Grade III - 8 to 9 years old
  • Grade IV - 9 to 10 years old
  • Grade V - 10 to 11 years old
  • Grade VI - 11 to 12 years old 

For Transferees

  • Should pass the oral and written tests in English and Mathematics administered by the Guidance Office 
  • Satisfactory grades in conduct
  • Photocopy of Birth/ Baptismal Certificate
  • Form 138 or certificate of completion
  • Certificate of good moral character from the head of his/ her former school

For Foreign Students
Original and photocopy of their Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

For Students from Foreign Schools
Certificate of Eligibility from the DepEd.

For the Home Study Program (Grades I-VI)

  • Most recent Form 138
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the parish priest of his / her community
  • Personal interview at the Principal’s Office
  • Diagnostic Test at the Guidance Center
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate


High School

  • Xerox Copy of Report Card
  • Academic Average of at least 80%
  • No failing grade in any quarter
  • Conduct Average not lower than 80%
  • Xerox Copy of Birth/Baptismal Certificate
  • Recommendation from the Principal
  • One (1) I.D. picture size 1x1 (recent)
  • Not more than 13 years of age
  • Personal interview by the Admission Committee
  • Entrance Fee

 

Collegiate
For High School Graduate Applicants
  • 2 pcs. 2 x 2 pictures
  • Completed Application Form duly signed by parents/guardian
  • Photocopy of Grades / Form 138 (Report Card)
  • Photocopy of Good Moral Certificate
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate

For Transferees

  • 2 pcs. 2 x 2 pictures
  • Completed Application Form duly signed by parents/guardian
  • Transcript of Records/True Copy of Grades
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Satisfactory Interview with the Dean
  • Honorable Dismissal (if officially admitted)

For Foreign Students

  • 2 pcs. 2 x 2 pictures
  • Photocopy of Grades / Report Card
  • Photocopy of Good Moral Certificate
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Photocopy of Passport

Admission Test Fee: P 500


Graduate School

  • Trascript of records of Bachelor Degree if taking the MBA or MBA-SMP program and of Master Degree if pursuing DBA Program
  • Honorable Dismissal
  • Interview with the Dean
