The Employee-Awards Night was held last November 26 at the Blessed Antonio Varona, O.P. Hall (formerly the Letran Gymnasium).  

 
The program started with an inspirational invocation led by Fr. Orlando Aceron, O.P. The Rector and President, Fr. Tamerlane Lana, O.P., gave the inspirational message.
 
There are three categories of awards, which may be given to an employee. One of these is the Letran Excellence Award, the highest honor, which recognizes the extraordinary efforts exercised by any individual or group of the Letran community. 
 
The Achievement Award, on the other hand, recognizes an employee’s attainment of a job-related license, certification, degree, recognition from external organizations and perfect attendance. It is also awarded to any full-time faculty who earned the highest rating in the Students Instructional Survey (SIS) and to an office that earned the highest rating in the Educational Management Survey (EMS).  
 
The last award is the Service Award which is given to an employee who rendered five, 10, 20, 25, and 30 years in the Colegio. 
 
A total of 60 employees were awarded. 
 
The Athletics Department received the Dream Team Award while the Audit Services was awarded highest in EMS for school year 2009-2010.
 
Emilio Cortel, Jr. of La Cantina was given the “Unsung Heroes Award.” 
 
The Human Resources Department organized the annual event headed by its new director, Asst. Prof. Juan Jeffrey Consignado.
